We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.


Product Data, Availability, and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product information, pricing, and availability data are accurate. However, errors such as technical glitches or typographical mistakes may occur. CoreVanta Solutions reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and does not honor pricing or availability errors that are incorrectly posted.


Quotations and Payments

Quotations are provided upon request through our website or directly with our sales team.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through secure payment gateways. Alternative payment methods (such as checks, direct deposits, or wire transfers) are available upon request.

Bulk orders or special pricing require direct communication with our sales team.


Shipping Policies

CoreVanta Solutions aims to provide competitive shipping rates.

  • Freight Orders: After processing, our Customer Service Representative will provide tracking information and an estimated delivery schedule. You may request a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.

  • Weight & Location: Orders exceeding 150 lbs or including products such as solar panels, batteries, or inverters may require LTL freight shipping. Shipments outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) may incur additional charges.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24–72 business hours (Mon–Fri). Certain items may ship directly from vendors and require additional lead time.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship to most U.S. locations. P.O. Boxes are not serviceable. APO, FPO, and military addresses may be supported in certain cases.

  • Carrier Options: We may use UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on the shipment.

Free Shipping applies only to standard ground delivery within the continental U.S. Expedited options are available upon request.

Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer free of charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


Receiving Shipments

For most deliveries, a signature is required. Please inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damages on the delivery receipt and document with photos. If inspection is not possible, sign with the note “concealed damage possible.”

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refused shipments will incur return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


Force Majeure

CoreVanta Solutions is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.


Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled before processing/authorization: No fee.

  • Orders canceled after authorization but before shipping: 5% cancellation fee.

  • Orders canceled after shipping: Subject to standard restocking and shipping fees.


Returns Policy

  • Returns require prior authorization and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all documentation and hardware.

  • Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured within 30 days of delivery.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to manufacturer error.

  • Certain items are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) — customers will be notified in advance.


Damages and Claims

All damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photos and documentation. Freight claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt informal mediation before arbitration. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

If arbitration is not possible, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, with venue in Bergen County.


Privacy & Cookie Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary to provide quotations, process orders, and improve services. Information is not shared with third parties unless required to complete your order.
